I have used the following programme to find the loop inductance of ground-signal-ground configuration of interconnects.*equivalent

.units um
.default z=0 nhinc=2 nwinc=2 rh=1 rw=1 rho=3.14e-3 w=10.2e-3 h=10.2e-3
ng1 x=0 y=0
ns1 x=0.021 y=0
ngg1 x=0.042 y=0
.default y=910
ng2 x=0
ns2 x=0.021
ngg2 x=0.042
eg1 ng1 ng2
es1 ns1 ns2
egg1 ngg1 ngg2
.equiv ng2 ns2 ngg2
.equiv ng1 ngg1
.external ns1 ng1
.freq fmin=20e9 fmax=20e9 ndec=1
.end

I am intended to simulate conductors with 4 filaments with uniform descritization.(So I made nhinc=2 nwinc=2 rh=1 rw=1).Is it correct?
What will be the format for 1,3,5 filaments?
Why the loop inductance does not change with rho?
